Contact and controller

LNK DIGITAL is responsible for enquiries submitted through this website. For privacy requests, contact contact@ludaknakvadrat.com.

Enquiries

If you submit our contact form, we store your name, email address, optional company, selected service and message to answer your request and discuss the project. Submission requires your explicit agreement. You can alternatively contact us through WhatsApp or email without submitting the form. We do not sell enquiry details.

Where your data is processed

Enquiries are handled through hosting and a secured Supabase database with access restricted to our authorized operators. We use the information only as necessary to respond to and follow up on your enquiry.

Retention and rights

Enquiry data is kept only while needed for communication and applicable record-keeping duties. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw consent. You can also raise concerns with the relevant data protection authority.

Website measurement

Our aggregate counters measure page views and contact-action clicks without intentionally storing form message contents, visitor profiles or analytics cookies in the counters. Third-party services opened through links, including WhatsApp and email providers, have their own privacy notices.

Payments

Card payments on our calculator are redirected to Stripe. We record successful payment reference, ordered services, customer contact details and amount for fulfilment and billing. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and not stored by our website.
